Nowadays, more and more pregnant women are being inflicted with gestational diabetes. It is a fact that diabetes is a deadly disease that continuously spread at an alarming rate.

Gestational Diabetes are said to cease after pregnancy. However, there is a very high possibility for Gestational Diabetes to come back every pregnancy period. Women who already had Gestational Diabetes on their previous pregnancies are often advised to take extra health precautions like:
- Avoiding too much sweets
- Water Therapy
- Reduce or completely stop drinking Artificial Juices and Sodas
- Losing Weight
- Exercise
- Reducing “fat” intake
- Go for Fruit and Vegetable diet
